Royal Wedding - Facinators

Ok, I just watched the royal wedding and have to say that I was thoroughly taken by it. It truly was beautiful. It was the kind of wedding that a little girl can imagine herself in. I have to say I never imagined myself visualizing my wedding but if I did who would not like to imagine themselves in Kate's place.

The other thing that I was really taken with was all of the hats and facinators. I have to say I LOVED THEM!! I only wish that some of that formality would come to the states. They were facinating and truly looked like fun to wear. Does anyone else share my sediment or am I one of those lone individuals?? I added a couple of pictures of some and looked at some sites that sell them again I say .....WHAT FUN!

Another Look...

Ok this was my look yesterday. I wore another crochet hat with flower, another basic long sleeve T from J CREW (a staple for me) a fur vest from BCBG, and of course my jewelry from Stella & Dot. My necklace was The Amanda, my earrings were The Essential Ball Studs in Gold. Which look so far is your favorite??

Ok I am on a hat kick and I am wearing a hat that is made by the San Diego Hat Co. I am also wearing another J Crew long sleeve T and denim jacket/shirt by Hanna G. My jewelry is of course Stella & Dot, I am wearing the Casablanca Bib and the Ava cupchain earrings. What do you think of this look?

Look of the Day

Ok today I wore this and got a TON of compliments, it was really an easy look and I really wore it as I was having a bad hairday! LOL! I am wearing the Stella & Dot Charlotte Statement Necklace, Vintage Cluster Ring and very cute Pearl Bouquet Earrings. The overall look was achieved with a basic long sleeve T from J Crew, a sweater vest made by Romeo and Juliet Couture, hat from Charming Charlie and I wore jeans and cream colored UGGS to complete the look:-)

Another Match Up

Look at this adorable Anthropologie blouse it is also on sale right now for $49.95 I think I will go simple with the jewelry for the necklace and maybe bolder on the earrings like the fringe hoops either in small or large with the on the fringe necklace or for a more romantic look pair it up with pearls like The Avery necklace:-) Which way would you go? Or even a really bold cuff like the petra briaded...I don't know I am torn so many ways to wear this blouse and change up the jewelry:-)

Another one of my absolute FAVORITE stores is Anthropolie!! Can you say LOVE, LOVE??? Anyways they were featuring this blouse and I do really like it but they were talking about HIGH waisted jeans and tucking the shirt in??? Wow can that style really be coming back??? I actually would like it, what do you think?

One of my new favorite pieces in Stella & Dots new spring line is called the Revival Tassel Necklace. It was the first piece I wore when I got my samples in. Apparently Instyle likes it too as it featured it in its January issue. It features crystal pave balls on reconstituted ivory and a tassel. SOOO cute!
